Michael Yo comes into this run of shows fresh off releasing his third comedy special Snack Daddy, continuing his momentum as a 2-time Emmy nominee. He’s a comedian, actor, and host who has built a multi-platform presence in Hollywood while also maintaining a steady touring schedule across clubs and theaters nationwide.

As a stand-up performer, Michael draws heavily from his experiences as a father and husband, using those personal stories as an ongoing source of material. He trained early in his career under major names like Chelsea Handler and Jo Koy, two figures who helped shape his comedic voice and approach.

In addition to touring, Michael Yo maintains a twice-weekly Las Vegas residency at Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club at THE LINQ, and he appears as a featured comedian in Mad Apple by Cirque du Soleil. Beyond those commitments, he continues to headline stages across the United States, balancing his live performances with on-screen opportunities.

Michael is also a familiar face on major media platforms, frequently appearing on both The Joe Rogan Experience and The Adam Carolla Show. He reached a broader national audience during season 15 of America’s Got Talent, where he earned a yes from all four judges and advanced to the Quarter-Finals.

His acting work includes a starring role in the Apple TV+ series Amber Brown, a recurring role on Kevin Can Wait, and participation in Damon Wayans Jr.’s CBS pilot Happy Together. He also played a principal role in Starter Pack, noted as Facebook Watch’s first sitcom series.

Before focusing more heavily on stand-up and acting, Michael hosted SiriusXM’s Pop2K and covered entertainment news across major television programs such as The Insider, Extra, and E! News. He additionally coached Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian as radio DJs for their series Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami, and he has appeared as a guest co-host on CBS’ The Talk as well as a hot topics contributor on The Wendy Williams Show.

Outside of television, Michael runs The Yo Show, a podcast where he regularly interviews entertainers and influencers. Past guests include Kevin Hart, The Rock, Jo Koy, Jennifer Aniston, Dane Cook, Margaret Cho, Patton Oswalt, Warren G, Ashlee Simpson, and many others. Full episodes are available on his YouTube channel, which has over 225,000 subscribers, and the audio versions appear on all major podcast platforms.
